Omar Aloui consultant, enseignant et chroniqueur. Il est Docteur en économie de l’Université PMF à Grenoble de l’année 1985. Il dirige un cabinet de consultant leader dans le domaine de l’économie appliquée au développement sectoriel et territorial.
